My public speaking ranges from talks at Yacht Clubs to national seminars here, in Ireland and in the United States. I’ve given lectures at the Boat Show, at RYA conferences and for the Royal Institute of Navigation. I’ve addressed The Athenaeum, The Royal Yacht Squadron, the Ocean Cruising Club, the Cruising Association, Bromsgrove Boaters, Manchester Cruising Association and the Moody Owners Association among others. One of my favourite venues is to be asked to provide a suitable subject for debate at The Pudding Club of the Royal Southampton Yacht Club.
